Located in Al-Andalus district near Jeddah’s Tahlia street, the compound comprises 30 fully furnished villas with levels of quality reflecting those of five-star hotels. The ground floor of each bi-level villa includes a reception area, guest room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, as quarters for a nanny with their own bathroom and laundry room.

Upstairs, there is a main bedroom and two other bedrooms, each of which with its own private bathroom. The living room is designed so as it can be easily turned into a fourth bedroom when need be.
